Submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship. Work begins only after written scope, payment terms, and acceptance criteria are agreed by both parties.
Payments
Paid engagements may be invoiced through Stripe or another agreed payment method. Fees, refund terms, and deliverables are governed by the applicable proposal, invoice, or statement of work.
Intellectual Property
Founder Systems retains ownership of pre-existing methods, templates, code, and tools. Client-specific deliverables are governed by the written agreement for the engagement.
